Playing school is a great way for young children to get ready for school in as little as 20 minutes each day!
With the EdEffects Let's Play School backpack, EDUCATION IS CHILD'S PLAY!
There are 4 color coded parts:
Letters and Words, Numbers and Shapes, Play Nice, and Field Trips.
Each color coded section comes with “lesson flip cards” to guide you. Each card has an interactive and research based activity to help any 3-8 year old child improve school readiness skills while having fun playing school!
The EdEffects Let's Play School backpack program was developed by a diverse team of educators, administrators, artists, and community childhood advocates. Beginning in the spring of 2013, the program was developed and piloted in Indianapolis, Indiana. With a focus on siblings as an educational resource in home and at school, this program was designed to increase school preparedness through wellness, academics, and social-emotional skill-building. The EdEffects Let's Play School Backpack is intended for ages 3-8.
